*Agreement By Purchase of Mystery Packages*

DVINCIIKINGS LLC – Collector Ownership & Resale Terms

DVINCIIKINGS LLC, All original works by jtrees™ offered through DVINCIIKINGS LLC are strictly protected under the Copyright Act of 1976 and other applicable international intellectual property laws. These works are not mass-produced and exist as 1-of-1 originals tied to DVINCIIKINGS’ exclusive authenticity registry.

By purchasing, receiving, or otherwise acquiring a DVINCIIKINGS art piece, the client agrees to the following conditions:

✦ Ownership

The buyer is the sole custodian of the physical artwork only, it may not be divided into shares.

Copyright and intellectual property remain with DVINCIIKINGS LLC and/or the original artist indefinitely.

No reproduction, distribution, digital replication, derivatives, rental/ leases or commercial use of the image or artwork is permitted without explicit written permission from DVINCIIKINGS LLC. In those cases, fees may potentially be required at DVINCIIKINGS LLC discretion.

✦ Resale Restrictions & Broker Clause

Resale of any original work requires approval and brokering through DVINCIIKINGS LLC.

A 45% royalty fee from the resale value must be paid to DVINCIIKINGS LLC prior to transfer.

Buyer and seller must submit full details of the transaction in writing, including sale value, buyer information, and desired transfer date.

DVINCIIKINGS LLC will provide a renewed Certificate of Authenticity, and an official Welcome Package to the new collector.

The resale price must equal or exceed the original sale price. Undervalued sales are considered void and invalid.

✦ Unauthorized Transactions

Any attempt to:

Resell, trade, or transfer DVINCIIKINGS/ jtrees™ artwork without our authorization,

Forge documentation or omit payment of the royalty fee,

Or reproduce/distribute the piece without license,

will render the transfer null and void, and DVINCIIKINGS LLC retains full legal rights to reclaim the piece as stolen property.

No refunds or claims will be honored in such cases. Legal action including civil or criminal claims may be pursued.

✦ Legacy Clause

Should a piece be inherited or gifted, DVINCIIKINGS LLC must be notified so the registry may reflect the rightful new owner.

This ensures long-term authentication, provenance, and potential future resale opportunities in alignment with the artist’s values and philanthropic mission in perpetuity.
